Installation of more than a LPG cylinder
Views: 1972
Irregardless of their capacity, LPG cylinders must be located outside residential buildings. They must be used standing upright on a flat, horizontal and non-combustible surface. They must not be located in basements, cellars or locale below ground level.
Cylinder walls must be located at the required distances from openings, sewers, air holes, etc. These distances depend on the capacity stored.
Role of the automatic or manual diverter valve: first expansion
It is used to connect several cylinders together (cylinders in service and cylinders in reserve), to regulate cylinder outlet pressure at 1.5 bars.
It is used to switch empty in-service cylinders or those that no longer ensure flow to the cylinders in reserve.
