The tubing used is seamless draft steel tubing. ISO standards: 65
NFA standards: 49-111 49-112 49-115 ; 49-142 49-145. (former designation tariff 3 or tariff 10)
Corresponding to the following standards: USA: ANSI/AME B 36-10 M 1985
IGU and AFG specifications: B 521-0
Note: Very often, petrol specific steel pipe lines are designated by a schedule number.
Example: schedule 40 for pipe lines carrying LPG in the gaseous state. shedule 80 for pipe lines carrying LPG in the liquid state.
Other screw threaded soldered categories i.e. tariff 1 and 2 are prohibited as well as all galvanised steel tubes irregardless of their designation.
The foregoing is recommended based on many years of experience implementing steel pipe systems.
