Preamble

Legislative  enactments  and  orders  regarding  regulations  are  defined  and  issued  by the legislative authorities of the concerned country. These enactments require the application of and compliance  to regulations,  especially  in terms of the thresholds  (quantity  of product stored) from which specific required processes are drawn (declarations, authorisations, etc.), as well as safety distances.

In the absence of specific regulation, 3MCO directives and recommendations apply. Abbreviations used:
