The design of a commercial propane or butane facility, used in the gaseous state, generally requires two pressure reducing stations, which are essential components of the installation.
A first expansion stage station.
It is connected to the outlet valve, in the gaseous phase, of the tank or tanks. Gas is released at the gas regulator outlet (outlet pressure first expansion stage “OPFE”). The gas is carried along a pipe line system to the second pressure reducing station.
A second pressure reducing station.
It is connected to the pipe line system. It is used to regulate and ensure gas flows at a constant pressure, that recommended by the manufacturer of the thermal appliances
